How Northwood & Associates collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information.

Effective date: January 2026. Northwood & Associates (“we,” “us,” or “the firm”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information entrusted to us. Personal information is used to deliver the services requested by our clients, to respond to enquiries, to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, and to maintain the security and integrity of our operations. We do not sell personal information.
